Objective
Designed and delivered a six-month, hybrid, values-based leadership program tailored for emerging changemakers across diverse sectors and geographies, including the United States, U.S. territories, and Indian Country. The program aimed to cultivate leadership capacity, strategic thinking, and cross-sector collaboration to drive meaningful change.
Role
End-to-End Curriculum Development: From application design to evaluation delivery.
Program Management: Oversaw logistics, content delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
Lead Facilitator: Delivered dynamic sessions, facilitated cohort learning, and provided individualized coaching.
Collaboration
Partnered with subject matter experts in democracy and leadership, including a MacArthur Genius recipient President Barack Obama himself, to design and deliver program components.
Adult Learning Methodologies
Experiential Learning: Real-world simulations and hands-on practice.
Role-Playing and Storytelling: Scenario-based activities and narrative frameworks for leadership growth.
