Financial Strategy + Compliance Consultant (Contract, Part-Time)
Remote
$2,500 fixed fee + optional extension
Starts immediately; project to be completed by September 30, 2025, with the option for extension.
The Excellence in Changemaking Institute is preparing to launch a flagship credentialing program in 2026—designed to become the gold standard for social impact leaders advancing systems change and collective impact.
To bring this vision to life, we are transitioning from a leadership development strategy firm to a licensed Minnesota Private Career School, so we’re seeking a values-aligned CPA or financial consultant to help build the financial and compliance infrastructure to get us there.
Initial deliverables include:
OHE licensing documentation and financial statements
Internal financial systems and compliance policies
Early-stage planning for WIOA/ETPL eligibility
Strategic financial guidance to support scale and sustainability
This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, understands both compliance and strategy, and is energized by infrastructure-building for long-term impact.
